Senior Software Developer

We're looking for a Senior Developer (6+ years experience) to join our growing SaaS team as we scale. Our current stack is .NET, React and PostgreSQL... but are great developers even bound by tech stacks these days? We're more interested in your ability to solve problems, move fast and leverage modern tools than whether you've spent the last decade in exactly the same stack. What we are looking for: • AI-first developer mindset • Using AI daily to code, test, design, review and ship software • Experience building with AI, not just talking about it • Comfortable pushing the limits of what modern development teams can achieve • Strong full-stack capability • Startup mentality with a bias for action • Ability to work directly with founders, customers and product teams Ideal experience: • PropTech, FinTech or Property Management software • SaaS product development • High-growth startup to scale-up environments Our team deploys constantly. We move quickly, experiment often and aren't interested in long release cycles or endless process.
