We're hiring a Lead Software Engineer at Chipforge. Chipforge.ai takes you from design intent to working, verified hardware, starting with FPGAs and expanding to ASICs, cutting out the time, iteration cost, and tool complexity of doing it the traditional way. This is a hard role. You'd be focusing on the backend and platform architecture behind an LLM pipeline that generates and verifies RTL, which means distributed job orchestration, EDA tool integration, and making non-deterministic model output behave like production infrastructure. There's a sovereign side to it too where the data and other components have to run inside a sealed environment. Plenty of it doesn't have an established playbook yet. It's remote-first and open to anyone based in Australia.
