Growth Marketer

Solotude is an NDIS marketplace that connects participants and their support networks with independent providers, helping people find the right support faster. The product's live and working, now it's time to grow. We're looking for a hands-on, autonomous growth marketer to run our organic social and treat it like a real lead-gen engine, not just a posting calendar. You'd own content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, our WordPress front-end, and the growth loops that turn users into advocates. The kind of person who can shoot and edit their own short-form video, run Meta ads end to end, and likes living in the weekly numbers and iterating fast. If you've grown social accounts before and want real ownership at an early startup, this is that. NDIS or disability sector experience is a bonus.
