Growth Marketer

We’re tackling a huge and largely unaddressed problem: social isolation and loneliness. We match people who are lonely or isolated with companions from their own community, all across Australia. We’ve been at it for over 10 years, but we’re still very much a scrappy startup at heart! We’re looking for someone to own our growth. Think senior brain, hands on keyboard. You’d work out what’s actually driving customers (and what’s quietly eating our budget), double down on the good stuff, test new channels and own the numbers. You’ll be working with a small, passionate marketing team and working closely with the founders and exec. We’re flexible on how this looks. Part time employee, contractor, freelancer or small agency, around 3 to 4 days a week.
