Founding AI/ML Engineer

I’m building an early-stage AI company focused on evaluation, training data, and model improvement for real-world/physical domains. I’m not looking for a typical software engineer. I’m looking for someone with hands-on experience in areas like: LLM / multimodal evals, benchmark design, post-training / fine-tuning, data quality and training-data pipelines, agents / tool use, model experimentation, applied ML systems. Ideally you’ve worked close to the model/data layer, not just built apps on top of APIs. You should still be a strong builder who can ship 0→1. I’ll focus on customers, partnerships, expert recruitment, growth and fundraising. You’d lead the technical side.
