Digital Marketing Co-Founder

For the past year, I've been working on a new business that solves a common problem for NDIS providers. Our team is myself and 2 other co-founders, our solution is a mobile app that handles a provider's invoicing, rostering, care notes, timesheets and compliance. The product is built and about to launch. What we need now is someone to help us market it. We're looking for a digital marketing co-founder who will join us to lead three initiatives in coming months: Google Ads targeting care-industry keywords, Facebook Ads reaching our care-sector audience, and sharpening up our existing content strategy. The ideal person can run campaigns like this themselves, and may have also had prior exposure to the NDIS / care sector. We all have existing FT jobs, so it's fine if you are in a job and are looking for a side hustle where you can commit 5-15 hours per week. This is an opportunity to earn equity in the business over time alongside the existing team.
