CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

Looking for a CTO for an Australian healthtech SaaS business. We've built our product, signed our first private hospital as a pilot customer, and are about to start a structured pilot for implementation and to test variables. ISO 27001 work kicks off alongside it and investor conversations are active alongside government grants. Looking for a CTO to own the technical side end-to-end. Where we are: - Product built and pilot-ready - First pilot customer onboard (final discussions regarding the commencement date are currently being held with the board) - ISO & Pen testing scope being finalised and commencement to take place shortly - Sydney-based, and will be remote (no dedicated office space) Compensation TBD, open to suggestions and initially thinking a mix of cash and meaningful equity, with standard vesting. The kind of person this is for: - Senior engineer ready to step into a CTO role, or an experienced CTO who likes early-stage - Has shipped in regulated environments: healthtech, fintech, govtech or similar - Comfortable owning security and compliance, not just features - Wants real authority from day one
