Technical Founder Seeking Early-Stage Co-Founder / Operators Solo technical founder building an open-world VR game. The project already has a playable prototype, paying users, and strong early feedback. Now focused on turning it into a polished MVP and growing it into a sustainable business. Strength is product development and execution. Looking for people who are stronger on the business side and interested in joining at the ground level. Potential areas of ownership: • Operations / COO • Growth & Marketing • Partnerships & Business Development • Community Building • Product Strategy Particularly interested in people who have shipped products, worked in startups, built communities, launched games, or helped scale consumer products. This would be a founder-level role with equity and vesting. No salary initially.
